I have searched and read all about how most members dislike electric fans for whatever reason. I have been using a Koyo with Ash's electric fan shroud and like I said, the spal fan that Z1 sells. Let me just say that while it worked, I loved it. It cools very efficiently, and the only downside is that it pulls so much air at idle, it seems to mess with the MAF. It just idles a little rough. However, nowhere on their website is there any mention of Race Use Only or Not for daily driving. However that is exactly what Spal and several other vendors say about that exact fan. Luckily I think my new motor is fine, but it was a hell of a day. After talking to JT on the phone and emailing my complaint to Russell, they say I can mail it back, wait for them to send it to Spal, and maybe replace it. My problem is that I got no mention of this fan being RACE USE ONLY, the website still says nothing about it. What do you think?
